About The Position

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Seasonal Point of Sales Inventory Assistant. This job requires working with the marketing team to ensure the point of sales inventory is organized and up-to-date. Past inventory management experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements

Organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
A flexible schedule- M-F afternoon availability
Be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Maintain POS inventory organization.
Ensure inventory numbers are accurate and no items are missing/misplaced.
Gather and stage POS orders in a timely manner.
Process POS inventory arriving and departing the brewery.
Stage beer cases for staff samplings.
Email POS requests to the sales team and receive approval from wholesalers.
Order POS through Boelter portal.
Create purchase orders and sales orders for POS.
Return signed invoices to the sales and marketing administrator.
Perform other administrative tasks, special projects, and duties as assigned to support department operations
