About The Position

Join RefrigiWear during our busy season and earn a $300 end-of-season bonus after completing a minimum of three months of seasonal employment. RefrigiWear is hiring reliable, motivated Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during our busiest time of the year. This full-time seasonal position offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, a $2.00-per-hour second-shift premium, and the opportunity to earn an additional bonus after completing at least three months of the season.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful
Forklift experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
Move completed orders to designated staging areas
Verify item and order accuracy
Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
Operate a pallet jack as needed
Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment
Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines
