About The Position

RefrigiWear is hiring reliable, motivated Seasonal Picker/Packers to support our Distribution team during our busiest time of the year. This full-time seasonal position offers steady hours, hands-on warehouse experience, a $2.00-per-hour second-shift premium, and the opportunity to earn an additional bonus after completing at least three months of the season. Join RefrigiWear during our busy season and earn a $300 end-of-season bonus after completing a minimum of three months of seasonal employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
• Move completed orders to designated staging areas
• Verify item and order accuracy
• Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
• Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
• Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
• Operate a pallet jack as needed
• Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment
• Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines
