About The Position

Vala's Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned and operated fall festival located in Gretna, Nebraska. It is open to the public for 45 to 55 days a year and is a treasured fall tradition for many families. The property spans over 400 acres and includes more than 50 attractions, such as pick-your-own pumpkins, apples, and flowers, and over 25 food locations. Vala's mission is to bring happiness to the world by creating a place where magical memories are shared between families and friends.

Requirements

• Guest interaction is required.
• Ability to follow procedure to ensure safety in the parking lot.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful circumstances.
• Effectively communicates with guests while directing traffic.
• Interacts with guests in a friendly manner at all times.
• Works well in a fast paced, team environment.
• Ability and carry to lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
