About The Position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Walmart 5299 in Clermont, Florida. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Meta products in a local big-box retail store, building relationships with retail associates, creating engaging customer experiences, and training store teams on AI apps, tools, and product features. Product and technology training is provided.

The schedule is 12 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m. The seasonal assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Additional shifts are added in November and December for key shopping days, and holiday availability is required the day before Thanksgiving and on two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. Pay is listed as an hourly rate plus a seasonal completion bonus; the bonus depends on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

The representative brings Meta technology to life through hands-on product demonstrations, engages shoppers, helps customers identify products suited to their interests, and guides them through the experience toward a sale. They maintain organized, demo-ready displays, keep store teams informed about products and promotions, record demonstrations, engagement, and sales activity, and stay current on product launches and technology updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or newer.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.

• Demonstrate Meta wearable AI, smart technology, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and provide welcoming, personalized service.
• Create memorable customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Explain product features and benefits based on customers’ interests and needs.
• Guide customers from initial engagement and product demonstration through asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and inform them about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
• Train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features.
