Requirements

• Flexible available to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Up to 1 year of experience in an industrial cooking environment, quick dining, or completion of culinary school.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to grow within a professional culinary team.
• Show enthusiasm for creating meals and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Commitment, energy, and a team-oriented mindset for a fast-paced culinary setting.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work with fresh, clean, organic ingredients using techniques and presentations that define Canyon Ranch cuisine.
• Contribute to the evolution of the culinary culture at the Lenox location.
• Apply a philosophy of hand-crafted, sustainable, and health-conscious cuisine, emphasizing locavore practices.
• Ensure all presentations are clean, visually appealing, and reflective of contemporary culinary trends.
• Collaborate and engage with team members to foster lasting, high-performing culinary teams.
