About The Position

Live Nation is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Seasonal Line Cooks to join our backstage catering team at our vibrant amphitheater. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in catering or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and local sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse, seasonally-inspired dishes for dressing room meals, hospitality riders, and bus stock.
• Ensure all meals adhere to strict dietary requirements and nutritional standards.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute daily menus and maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
• Foster teamwork and communication among kitchen staff.
• Support the implementation of eco-friendly practices, including recycling, composting, and responsible ingredient sourcing.
• Aim for zero waste through effective preparation techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Be prepared to work long hours and handle the fast-paced demands of multiple shows each week during the busy season (late March through October).
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
