About The Position

Dire Wolf Tavern is gearing up for another unforgettable fall and Halloween season, and we're looking for experienced, reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing quality food, and can keep your cool during high-volume service, we'd love to meet you. Our busiest season runs from late August through early November, with opportunities for strong performers to be considered for permanent positions.

Requirements

• Flexible, full-time availability
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes, plating, and quality standards
• Eager to learn new cooking techniques and improve your craft
• A positive communicator who works well in a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock your station before each shift.
• Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
