About The Position

The Seasonal Inventory Warehouse Associate (also described as Seasonal Inventory Associate, ITC & Stockkeeping) supports accurate inventory and the efficient movement of products throughout Uncommon Goods’ fulfillment center. The work includes receiving, put-away, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory control activities. This is a seasonal role running from November to December 2026, based onsite at the company’s Brooklyn headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn Army Terminal, 140 58th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220. The position pays $22 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekend work required as workload increases near the holiday season. Shift times vary between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately count, calculate quantities, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Reliability, punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfort using computers, handheld scanners, email, and other communication tools.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to consistently meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.

Responsibilities

Prioritize incoming inventory and ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
Perform put-away, replenishment, and cycle counting activities accurately.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise according to inventory control processes.
Maintain inventory accuracy while meeting daily productivity standards.
Handle merchandise safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
