About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on inbound stocking. Target aims to help families discover the joy of everyday life through its values and culture. Seasonal roles offer meaningful experiences for team members to build and develop skills for a career. These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, and insights into retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. Team members will gain experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary

Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
