About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking, where team members help guests discover the joy of everyday life. The role involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, providing service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!', and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, especially on weekends, focused on making it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. Target provides training for all new hires, but certain foundational skills are expected.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
