About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working overnight shifts to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role contributes to a consistent guest experience by managing inventory and operational efficiency. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
