About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role aims to provide a consistent experience for guests and contributes to the core operations of Target. The company offers training to help team members learn everything they need to know, focusing on guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
