About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The goal is to ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, enabling a consistent guest experience. Target offers meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, providing knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
