Seasonal Holiday Team Lead -Quaker Bridge Mall
About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on a Santa photo set at Quaker Bridge Mall. The Team Lead supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. This role calls for warmth, energy, and leadership to help deliver a joyful holiday experience. Photography experience is not required. The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing established policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with training or recruiting as needed. The Team Lead also takes photos, provides guest service, operates the point-of-sale system and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and effective operation. The schedule must accommodate peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
- Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
