Seasonal Holiday Team Lead -Quaker Bridge Mall
About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support Santa photo set operations at Quaker Bridge Mall. The role helps create positive guest experiences by welcoming families, assisting with photography, supporting team members, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver a memorable holiday experience. The position includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing operational policies and procedures, addressing technical issues, and assisting with training or recruiting as needed. Team Leads also take photos, operate point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, provide guest service, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
- Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
