About The Position

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience guests will remember.

The role includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing operational policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting training or recruiting as needed, taking photos, providing guest service, operating a POS system and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Photography experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and requires flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members should be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
