About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Susquehanna Mall. The Shift Lead supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. The role calls for warmth, energy, and leadership while helping provide guests with a joyful holiday experience.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces operating policies and procedures, helps resolve technical issues, and supports training or recruiting as needed. They also take photos, provide guest service, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and help maintain safe, clean, effective photo operations. Photography experience is not required.

This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling. The position may offer opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
