About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at American Dream. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and helps daily operations run smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps provide guests with a joyful holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping with training or recruiting as needed. Team Leads also take photos, provide guest service, operate point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, an employee referral program, and opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth in the souvenir photography division where available. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
