About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create a joyful Santa photo experience at Brass Mill Center. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver memorable guest experiences during the holiday season. Photography experience is not required.

The position includes opening and closing duties, supporting team members, maintaining safe and clean photo operations, handling sales transactions, and addressing operational or technical issues. The role may also involve assisting with training or recruiting as needed.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
