About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps daily operations running smoothly, bringing warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth in the souvenir photography division, where available. The Team Lead helps deliver a joyful holiday experience by guiding team members, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring photo operations run smoothly. The role includes opening and closing duties, guest service, photography, POS operation, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be a team player who can also work independently.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
- Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
