About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping provide guests with a joyful holiday experience.

The position involves opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing procedures, troubleshooting issues, assisting with training or recruiting as needed, operating point-of-sale and photography equipment, and providing guest service. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
