About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The role includes leading by example, supporting daily operations, helping train or recruit team members as needed, troubleshooting technical issues, providing guest service, taking photos, and operating point-of-sale and photography equipment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
• Photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
