About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to support Santa photo sets at Bradley Square Mall. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and helps guests enjoy a smooth, memorable holiday photo experience. Photography experience is not required. The role also involves sales and guest service, operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods, is required. Training meetings and required courses must be attended and completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
