About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, and captures holiday moments while delivering friendly guest service and supporting a smooth photo experience. Associates take photos, provide souvenirs, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and work with teammates to keep operations running safely and effectively. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
