About The Position

Shine Midland is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join their team for the upcoming Holiday Lighting season. This is a seasonal position with the potential for permanency for the right candidate. The role involves installing and removing holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and providing excellent customer service. Shine Midland is a locally operated company entering its 16th year, focused on exterior cleaning and lighting services. They value pursuing excellence, positive energy, having fun, safety, and service. No prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Installing and removing holiday lighting
• Gutter cleaning
• Assisting the Crew Leader with daily assignments
• Managing your time efficiently throughout the workday
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Communicating with customers in person and by phone when needed
• Problem-solving and adapting to changing job-site conditions
• Using basic phone apps and computer programs for communication and timekeeping
• Maintaining communication with your Crew Leader and office team
• Cleaning and properly maintaining equipment and workspaces
• Following all company safety procedures
• Assisting with inventory
• Helping maintain the shop and office as needed
• Supporting other company operations as assigned
