About The Position

The Tomahawk Mill is seeking temporary, full-time seasonal help during winter break. The role performs manufacturing tasks using production equipment to support a steady workflow and assists the operator or assistant operator with quality checks before, during, and after orders. Other work may include stacking boxes, cleaning facility areas, and performing general operator or helper duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked as a student at the PCA Tomahawk Mill.
• Must have completed two continuous semesters and be considered a full-time student at an accredited university, college, or technical school.
• Must be passing at least 12 credits per semester.
• Must be returning to school in the fall.
• Must be willing to work first, second, or third shift and overtime as needed.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Ability to work closely with other production personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must attach a copy of an unofficial transcript that includes final Spring 2026 grades.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure a steady workflow.
• Assist the operator or assistant operator at the Tomahawk Mill.
• Ensure quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of orders.
• Stack boxes, clean facility areas, or perform other general operator or helper duties as assigned.
