This position is responsible for performing operational tasks related to the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging, and shipping of grain. Key responsibilities could include conducting inspection activities, such as probing trucks, and operating grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dump locations. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment through general housekeeping tasks, including bin cleanup and sweeping grain pits. Operations Workers will be on their feet for extended periods and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds. The position responsibilities could require Operations Workers to climb, stoop, and kneel, or perform duties working at heights up to 180 feet. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve exposure to dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces. This position is well suited for motivated individuals with a farm, construction, or general labor background who are willing to learn, work as part of a team, and flex their schedule during peak harvest periods.
