As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. Your work includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. You contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance through attention to detail, teamwork, operational excellence, and genuine hospitality. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, learning about products and promotions, and receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise. Throughout the day, they assist customers, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete and organize orders and stockroom tasks, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
