Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Pembroke Lakes
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, listening and responding to their needs, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and improve store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and assist customers with questions or issues.
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to sales goals, and organize the stockroom to prepare for the next day.
