About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Colleagues prepare the store, tag items, organize the stockroom, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and contribute to team and store goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts to help ensure BOPS orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
- Maintain a shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support store operations, work toward sales goals, and help prepare the team for the next day.
