Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Green Acres
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues also maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, collaborate with teammates, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
