About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently and support customer interactions by greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care.

Daily work may include reviewing goals and product promotions, preparing the store, receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, helping customers, fulfilling orders, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You may share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, and organize the stockroom to prepare for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside.
• Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently.
• Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service during in-store and curbside interactions.
• Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and complete orders.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
