About The Position

The Seasonal Freight Flow Team position supports store operations and delivers a highly satisfied customer experience. Team members engage and interact with customers, uphold customer experience principles, and help maintain a clean, organized store. They follow operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained across multiple store areas to meet business needs. The position is seasonal and located at HomeGoods Store 0766 in North Conway, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and help maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
