About The Position

This position is responsible for outdoor groundskeeping of the farm area. The role involves tasks such as mowing, weed eating, reading water meters, picking up daily mortality, and checking for proper equipment operations to ensure all equipment is functional. The worker must adhere to all Animal Welfare Standards and biosecurity program regulations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 months cumulative work history
• Ability to work and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Ability to use time wisely while working independently
• Willingness to function as part of a team and work toward team goals
• Good observation skills and attention to detail, eager to learn new ideas
• Willingness to work overtime and be called into work for emergency situations as required
• Must be willing to adhere to and support all company policies, programs, guidelines and standards of conduct.
