The Seasonal Events Coordinator will support Event Coordinators with the planning and execution of various events including corporate, social, wedding, and branded events. This role involves assisting in managing event details such as timelines, floorplans, guest counts, menus, and dietary restrictions. The coordinator will also support the creation and accuracy of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) within Tripleseat and ensure clear communication with internal teams. Participation in weekly BEO and Events meetings is expected to support event readiness and cross-functional communication. On-site event support, including setup, execution, and breakdown, is a key responsibility. The role also includes assisting with managing catering, bar service, vendors, entertainment, and activations during events, ensuring event spaces are clean, organized, and meet High West standards. Support will be provided for resolving guest concerns, vendor issues, and logistical challenges during events. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with High West promotional and branded events, maintain event documentation accuracy in Tripleseat, and help organize event supplies, décor, and equipment inventory. Following established event SOPs and supporting process improvements are also part of the role, along with providing general team support as needed.
