About The Position

This is a 60-day seasonal position focused on supporting e-commerce shipping operations. The role involves packing, sealing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment, while understanding inventory systems and project work plans. The associate will collaborate with leadership and team members to resolve issues, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate effectively with all associates. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 1-2 weekday shifts, along with required weekend rotations
• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned
