About The Position

This is a seasonal position with an employment period of 60 days. The role involves collecting and organizing products to complete orders, packing, sealing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipping. The associate will need to understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems, execute project work plans, and communicate with leadership and team members to resolve issues. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility. The position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to communicate effectively with all associates. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
