About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal role that will last 60 days, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. The role involves collecting and organizing products to complete orders, packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage for shipping. You will also need to understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems, execute project work plans, and communicate with leadership and team members to resolve issues. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes standing and walking for up to 10 hours and exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally. Comfort with technology and using phones is also necessary. Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures to minimize the risk of injury.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Comfortable with technology and using phones.
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned
