About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal role that will last 60 days. The role involves collecting and organizing products to complete orders, packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage for shipping. You will need to understand internal inventory systems and execute project work plans to complete tasks on time. Communication with leadership and team members is essential for resolving issues. A clean and organized work area is expected, along with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with associates. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
Comfortable with technology and using phones
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury
Commitment to working the DAT weekend through Cyber Monday (Nov 27–29) is required and non-negotiable for all team members.

Responsibilities

Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to work independently and with a team
Effectively communicate with all associates
All other duties as assigned
