About The Position

This position supports our busy tasting room by moving glassware and dishes to and from the kitchen in the presence of guests; as well as washing, polishing dishes and glasses, carrying multiple plates and glassware. Weekends and Holidays will be required.

Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional stooping and kneeling
• Pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Constant reaching, turning while performing precision work in the kitchen area
• Constant ascending and descending of stairs and ramps
• Speak and effectively communicate in English, both orally and written communication
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and require minimal day-to-day direction
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
• Clean professional appearance and able to represent TWE internally and externally
• Able to travel on occasion to other company locations
• At least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Operates a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes
• Hand rinses and scrubs dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation practices
• Clears, cleans, and resets tables promptly
• Maintains proper table alignment and setup
• Cleans all dishes in a timely and organized manner
• Restocks glassware in all areas
• Inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips or stains
• Follow proper closing procedures to keep clean and organized work areas
• Be punctual and keep good attendance
• Familiar with and abides with all Treasury’s policies procedures and systems
• Professional on all levels while clocked in or on company premises
• Comes to work with positive attitude and outlook on the day
