About The Position

AmeriGas is hiring a customer-focused Seasonal Delivery Representative to deliver propane safely to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role involves operating a propane delivery truck on assigned local routes, filling bulk tanks, and delivering propane cylinders. Employees must follow applicable federal and state regulations and AmeriGas safety and operations policies, use required personal protective equipment, and be prepared to work outdoors in all weather. Depending on business needs, shifts may last eight or more hours. The position is home daily.

Requirements

Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Acceptable driving record.
Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial customers.
Perform daily duties safely while following federal and state codes and regulations and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
Consistently use required personal protective equipment.
