About The Position

AmeriGas is hiring a safety-minded, customer-focused Delivery Representative to deliver propane to residential, commercial, industrial, and motor-fuel customers. The position involves operating a propane delivery truck on provided local routes, filling bulk tanks, and delivering cylinders. The representative must follow applicable federal and state requirements and AmeriGas safety and operations policies, and consistently use required personal protective equipment. Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours depending on fluctuating needs; the role is described as home daily.

Requirements

Valid Class A or Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Acceptable driving record.
Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Willingness to work 8- to 12-hour shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
Deliver propane cylinders to commercial and industrial customers.
Perform daily duties safely and comply with federal and state codes and regulations and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
Consistently use required personal protective equipment.
