About The Position

Stanislaus Food Products is a nationally recognized, family-owned company known for crafting the finest Italian-style tomatoes and sauces for top-quality Italian restaurants and pizzerias. This is a seasonal position located on-site at our Modesto Cannery. The Seasonal Data Trace Clerk will be expected to work at least 6 days a week during our Fresh-Pack Season from mid-July to late September. Our Cannery runs 24/7 so flexibility to work any shift (Days, Swing or Graveyard) is required.

Requirements

• Communicate, read and write effectively.
• Flexibility with your scheduled hours of work.
• Basic computer skills (specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Ability to work independently and within the team.
• The ability to prioritize tasks.
• Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees.
• The ability to lift up to 45 lbs. is required.

Responsibilities

• Programing probes with correct information from processing lines and set their designated processing line.
• Retrieving cans from designated cooler area.
• Reading probes and distributing probe data to designated areas.
• Alerting upper management when data falls out of compliance.
• Setting up or breaking down spray data trace cans.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
