About The Position

Stanislaus Food Products is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Seasonal Efficiency Clerk to join their Operations department. This role is crucial for monitoring and recording can production on each line hourly, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently and will contribute to the company's mission of providing superior tomatoes and olive oil with legendary service. This is a seasonal, on-site position at the Modesto Cannery, operating 24/7 during the Harvest Season (mid-July to late September), requiring flexibility to work any shift and at least 6 days a week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform simple math (adding and subtracting).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
Proficient in basic computer operations and office software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Unrestricted visual and audio abilities.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Record hourly seamer counts on each production line while maintaining accurate and timely records.
Input and record hourly production reports for management.
Identify and report any production issues promptly.
Perform chemical testing to ensure compliance with company usage standards.
Prepare tags for different products, ensuring correct labeling and alignment with production specifications.
Prepare and distribute change and daily packets to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
Perform COA Data Entry as needed during shift.
Assist with other administrative tasks to support production efficiency, including collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
