About The Position

The Seasonal Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position is seasonal and part-time, based in Bryan, Texas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and that operations comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
• Implement employee personal development plans as required.
• Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
