About The Position

The Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position is seasonal and part-time, based in a warehouse environment in Laredo, Texas. It requires availability for flexible shift hours, up to five days per week, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds (32 kilograms).

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
