Love the outdoors? Enjoy meeting people and staying active? We're looking for a dependable, friendly Workamper to join our team at Pine Pond Homes in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan. This position is ideal for someone who wants to live on-site while helping maintain a welcoming community and assisting with daily operations.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys helping others.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests, contractors, and team members.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in campground, RV park, maintenance, construction, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Mow grass and maintain common areas.
- Pick up litter and keep the property clean.
- Complete basic groundskeeping and light maintenance tasks.
- Help keep Pine Pond looking its best.
