About The Position

The Groundskeeping position at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is essential for maintaining the grounds around our power generation facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and visually appealing, while also supporting the proper functioning of equipment and systems related to the facility's operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
Proficient in operating and maintaining power tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve site maintenance goals.
Basic understanding of landscape management practices, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must have your own working smart phone.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with power generation facilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain landscapes and vegetation by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns to ensure a well-kept appearance.
Ensure the proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hardscaped areas to maintain safety and accessibility.
Operate and maintain power tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and potentially larger equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient use.
Monitor and report any issues related to the grounds or equipment that may affect the facility's operations.
Collaborate with other team members to support the overall maintenance and operational goals of the power plant.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
