About The Position
The Seasonal Turn Team Member plays a critical role in preparing apartment homes for new residents during the high-volume turn season. This position supports the timely completion of unit turns by assisting with cleaning, preparation, and light maintenance tasks to ensure units are move-in ready. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in apartment turns, maintenance, cleaning, or construction
- Experience in student housing or multifamily operations
Responsibilities
- Perform trash-outs and removal of abandoned items
- Clean apartment interiors, including floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Assist with painting and touch-up work
- Support light maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, light bulbs, and minor repairs
- Move and stage furniture, appliances, and materials
- Maintain organized and safe work areas
- Assist in preparing units for inspection and move-in readiness
- Work collaboratively with maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing teams
- Communicate progress, delays, or concerns to supervisors
- Support team goals to meet daily and overall turn deadlines
